Return Policy
We are committed to delivering high quality products and ensuring a positive customer experience. To maintain product safety and comply with food handling regulations, the following return policy applies.
Food Products
All food items, including hot sauces, cannot be returned once opened. For unopened food products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Merchandise (Non-Food Items)
Shirts, apparel, and other non-food merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be issued.
Additional Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
